Natalie CannonDeposits/Maintenance Administrator Natalie joined the company in 2009 as a Lettings Administrator, and has since worked in every department. Natalie now manages the return of tenant deposits and organising final inspections, and assisting with maintenance enquiries. |

Tony Prowse Property Inspector Tony joined the Team a little over 5 years ago. Recent reorganisation has seen his role change, and he is now out of the office for the majority of the working day, completing Inventories and undertaking Final Inspections. His experience of dealing with returned deposits over many years is proving invaluable in his new role. |

Melanie HamlynAccounts Administrator Mel joined in 2007 as accounts assistant, paying landlords, keeping an up to date log of rental payments and paying contractors. She now works part time still as accounts assistant. She can help with any queries regarding rental payments. |

Mariska Phillips BA(Hons)Senior Partner Mariska, along with fellow senior partner Brian, has been involved in the lettings market in Plymouth for many years, as well as being instrumental in starting the firm Executive Lets. She is very proud of the excellent reputation of the business in Plymouth and surrounding areas. Originally running every Department within the business, Mariska now oversees the management of Executive Lets and says "I am always happy to help with any queries you may have about the business". |
